To help students more efficiently, Drive Smart uses different support options for different types of questions.
Please use the support form below for all online course issues, account issues, login problems, name corrections, profile updates, technical problems, and website-related questions.
Please contact the front office only for certificate-related questions and scheduling in-car driving lessons. Front office staff cannot see student online accounts, course progress, passwords, login settings, or technical website issues.

Common Questions & Quick Help
I cannot log in
Make sure you are using the same email address used when you registered or purchased the course. Double-check the spelling of your email address. If needed, use the password reset option on the login page. If you still cannot access your account, use the support form below.
My course is not showing in my account
This usually happens when a student logs into the wrong account or uses a different email address than the one used during checkout. Please submit the support form and include the student’s full name and all email addresses that may have been used.
The course is asking me to verify my account or complete setup
Some students may need to complete account setup before continuing. Follow the instructions shown on the screen. If you are stuck on verification or login confirmation, submit the support form for help.
My date of birth or profile information is not being accepted
Enter your information carefully exactly as requested on the screen. If the system still does not accept it, use the support form and include the information you are trying to enter.
My lesson, timer, or course progress is not updating
Stay on the lesson page until the timer has fully completed and follow all lesson steps before moving on. Leaving too early, refreshing too soon, or using multiple tabs may interrupt progress. If the problem continues, use the support form.
I need a name correction
Use the support form for all name changes or corrections. Please include your full legal name exactly as it should appear on school records and certificates.
I need my certificate or paperwork
For certificate questions, DE-964 status, or required completion paperwork, contact the front office directly.
