Drive Smart Driving School provides teen and adult driver education services in Texas and is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

A. Information You Provide

Teen Driver Education Students

Teen driver education students are often minors. Parent or Guardian Requests

Parents or guardians may request access to a minor student’s personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where legally permitted by contacting admin@drivesmartdrivingschooltx.com.

We may require verification before fulfilling a parent or guardian request. Some records may need to be retained for course, certificate, payment, regulatory, business, legal, or compliance purposes.

Students must personally complete their own coursework, quizzes, tests, forms, identity verification steps, and instructional activities.

Drive Smart may use identity verification, login monitoring, timed lessons, course activity records, multi-factor authentication, quiz records, and completion records to support course integrity and compliance.

Our online courses do not include public student profiles, public student forums, public student messaging, or public student comment areas. Student activity is used for instructional, administrative, compliance, and support purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, payment system, email system, or online course system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Retention
