9. Teens, Children, and Parental/Guardian Rights

Children under 13

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent where required by law. If we learn we collected such information without required consent, we will delete it promptly.

Minors under 18 (Teen driver education)

For teen driver education students under 18, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent for enrollment and for the collection, use, and disclosure of the student’s information as described in this policy, including identity verification, course administration, progress tracking, and issuance of completion documentation required for Texas regulatory purposes.

Parent/guardian requests

Parents/guardians may request access to a minor’s personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where legally permitted by contacting: admin@drivesmartdrivingschooltx.com. We may require verification before fulfilling a request.

10. No Student-to-Student Interaction

Our online courses do not include public profiles, forums, student messaging, or public comment areas. Student activity is private and instructional only.
